Better Customer Service:
We pride ourselves on providing the better customer experience on the market. As parents and advocates we have dealt with many school bus companies and communication with parents is a constant issue. We will remedy this with a call center that is responsive and staffed by multilingual employees and technology that will allow parents to track the school bus and their child in real time.
All-Electric Fleet:
Although we are forced to start with diesel school buses to be cost competitive, we are committed to starting our transition to an all-electric school buses in no more than 3 years.
We will explore all financing opportunities available to us to make the transition quickly without requiring parents to pay a premium.
